Our philosophy
What we believe. Why TOPC exists.
What we believe
Everyone deserves the freedom to dream, to build, and to be their own boss. Without shackles. Without being laughed at, bullied or shut down. Follow your heart. Wake up and dream. Never settle for less.
Why one percent
99%perspiration. The work, the failures, the trying again.
1%inspiration. Edison said that’s all genius is. Anyone can have an idea. The work is what counts.
Three words
01Inspire
Show people what’s possible.
02Innovate
Try what nobody’s tried.
03Achieve
Finish it. Ship it. Make it real.
Both matter
Dream
Wake up and dream. Every big thing starts as someone’s crazy thought.
Do
Then get up and do it. A dream changes nothing until someone builds it.
Who we are
The One Percent Company, Community, Co-operative
The One Percent Company is a registered business. The One Percent Community is everyone who builds with us. The 1% Co-op is what we’re becoming: owned by its members.
